Partial Month. The County's contribution to the health plan premium is payable for any month in which the employee is paid. If an employee is not paid enough compensation in a month to pay the employee share of the premium, the employee must make up the difference by remitting the amount delinquent to the Auditor- Controller. The responsibility for this payment rests with the employee. If payment is not made, the employee shall be dropped from the health plan.
Partial Month. If the Commencement Date is other than the first (1st) day of a calendar month or if this Lease expires or terminates on a day other than the last day of a calendar month, then the installments of Base Rent for such month or months shall be prorated based upon multiplying the applicable Base Rent by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days of the Term occurring during said commencement or termination month, as the case may be, and the denominator of which shall be 30.
Partial Month. A) Employees shall earn sick leave in a partial month worked as follows: Annual sick leave credit (15 days) / 12 months / calendar days in a month x calendar days of work in the month = sick leave days earned.
Partial Month. If the Commencement Date is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, or if the Term ends on any day other than the last day of a calendar month, Rent for the fractions of a month at the beginning and at the end of the Term shall be adjusted pro rata on a per diem basis.

If the Rent Commencement Date is a day other than ------------- the first day of a month, rent from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated (at the rate of one-thirtieth (1/30) of the fixed monthly rental for each day) and shall be payable, in arrears, on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date).

Partial Month. If the Term commences on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on or before the Rent Commencement Date a pro rata portion of the Minimum Rent to be based on the number of days remaining in such partial month after the Commencement Date.
Partial Month. In the event Tenant's obligation to pay Rent commences on a day other than the first day of the calendar month, Tenant shall pay a daily pro-rata share of the Rent at the beginning of such partial month.
Partial Month. In the event that the term of this Lease commences on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, on the date of commencement of the term hereof Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as rent for the period from such date of commencement to the first day of the next succeeding calendar month, that proportion of the monthly rent hereof which the number of days beyond such date of commencement and the first day of the next succeeding calendar month bears to thirty (30). In the event that the term of this Lease, for any reason, ends on a date other than the last day of a calendar month, on the first day of the last calendar month of the term hereof, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as rent for the period from said first day of the last calendar month to and including the last calendar day of the term hereof, that proportion of the monthly rent hereof which the number of days beyond said first day of said last calendar month and the last day of the term hereof bears to thirty (30).
