Xxxx Services. Defendants will provide the Medicaid covered mental health services to class members to include: (1) Intensive Care Coordination, (2) Intensive Home and Community Based Services, and (3) Mobile Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Services. In Washington, these services are referred to collectively as WISe, and are defined in Appendix X. XXXx Access Protocol – Narrative and Diagram The WISe Access Protocol provides guidance on how to access WISe services, as defined in Appendix A, and outlines the administrative practices and procedures necessary to operationalize the WISe Practice Model, as described in Appendix B. The WISe Access Protocol is intended to describe the movement of clients into, through, and out of a system of care. Washington State will use this protocol for the following purposes: • Inform, identify and screen putative class members in any child-serving system; • Refer and allow self-referral of youth for a WISe screen; • Plan for and provide WISe to those youth for whom WISe is medically necessary and make alternative referrals for other youth, based on the WISe screen; and • Provide for continuity of care for youth receiving WISe, particularly for those in transition. POINT OF IDENTIFICATION Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs), providers, and other child serving systems1 will identify youth likely to screen into WISe and refer those youth to identified screening entities. Xxxx Services. Services provided by XXXX Personnel in connection with the acquisition, financing, or disposition of Assets. XXXX Services include management of the acquisition, financing, and disposition processes, and performance of services in support of acquisition, financing, and disposition transactions, including (1) review and preparation of due diligence materials associated with the transactions, (2) supervision or performance of site visits and tenant interviews, (3) review of rent rolls, (4) verification of leases and other contracts relating to the ownership, capital structure or operations of an Asset, and (5) review of environmental and property condition reports.
Xxxx Services. During the Term and subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, Xxxx agrees to provide Naked with the following services (collectively, the “Xxxx Services”):

Xxxx Services. Subject to and conditioned on Customer’s payment of fees and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Soundtrace will provide Customer the equipment identified on the Statement of Work (the “Equipment”) during the term of the XxxX Services set forth in the Statement of Work (the “XxxX Term”). As between the Parties, all right, title, and interest in or related to the Equipment is and will remain the exclusive property of Soundtrace. Soundtrace hereby grants to Customer a non-transferable license to access and use the Equipment solely for Customer’s internal business purposes during the XxxX Term. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, Customer will not, without Soundtrace’s prior written consent: (i) provide Equipment to any third party for any purpose, (ii) remove Equipment from Customer’s facility or location at which it was initially provided, or (iii) relocate Equipment from an original location of installation within Customer’s facility to another location within Customer’s facility. The restriction of part (iii) above will not apply to Equipment that, by its nature, is intended to be mobile (e.g., such as wearable devices or personal monitoring Equipment). Customer will abide by the terms and conditions of all confidentiality notices or legends placed upon the Equipment or included in documents or other materials provided in association with the Equipment. During the XxxX Term, Soundtrace will repair or replace any malfunctioning Equipment at no additional cost to Customer, subject to the terms and limitations of this Section 4 (the “Equipment Warranty”). In order to make a claim under the Equipment Warranty, the Customer Contract Manager must (i) perform basic troubleshooting of the Equipment according to the instructions or materials provided by Soundtrace from time to time; and (ii) if the malfunction is not resolved, notify the Soundtrace Contract Manager in writing including a description of the affected Equipment, the nature of the malfunction, and the troubleshooting performed (a “XxxX Claim”). Upon receiving a valid XxxX Claim, Soundtrace will: (i) coordinate with the Customer Contract Manager as reasonably necessary to verify the malfunction of the Equipment, and (ii) if the Equipment malfunction is verified, notify the Customer Contract Manager in writing to confirm that replacement Equipment will be provided for the XxxX Claim (“Replacement Equipment”). Xxxx Services. You must ensure that any information you provide us in connection with your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts and EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Services, including contact information and billing information, is accurate and current. You’re responsible for any activity that occurs on or through your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts. We do not guarantee the security of your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts. You must ensure that your Account information and password(s) for accessing your Accounts and personal information are secure. If you learn of any unauthorized use of any EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Account, please contact us immediately. You agree that all users of your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Services (including minors), are subject to the limitations and obligations of this Agreement, including its arbitration provision and privacy policy. It’s your duty to inform them of their limitations and obligations and to provide this Agreement to them. You may designate individuals (such as family members) to act on your behalf (“Authorized Users”). Authorized Users can manage your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts, including changing or adding Services. You’re responsible for all actions and changes made by any Authorized Users, including purchases of products and additional EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Services. If you are not present or do not identify yourself when an EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Service is installed, you authorize any adult (the minimum age may differ by state or territory) present to act on your behalf, regardless of whether you designated that adult as an Authorized User. You also authorize this adult to accept any related terms and conditions, agreements, and charges. Further, you authorize us to provide information about and make changes to your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts (as well as to perform any credit checks on you that we deem appropriate to implement the changes or respond to questions) at the direction of this adult. EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX reserves the right to refuse to allow an adult to authorize installation, take any action regarding your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts, or receive any information if we decide in our sole discretion that the adult has failed to provide sufficient identifying information or cannot answer questions about you or your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Accounts to our satisfaction. Xxxx Services. In addition, if a term commitment to maintain service or programming for a particular length of time is not met, and either you cancel an EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Service or we terminate it for misconduct, you will be subject to any applicable early-termination fee(s) under subsection 1.9.6. If any of your EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Services are suspended, you are still responsible for paying any applicable charges for that EXPERIENCE XXXXXXX.XXXX Service.
Xxxx Services. If you have Xxxx Pay, you may use e-xxxx to instruct your participating Billers to send your billing statements, such as your utility and vendor account bills (collectively, “e-bills”), to you through Xxxx Pay and eTreasury+. Once your Billers are added to e-xxxx, billing statements from your Billers will appear on eTreasury+ shortly after they are issued by your Billers, and you will be able to make payments to your Billers through Xxxx Pay. When you activate e-xxxx for your Billers, we either will notify the Xxxxxx of your request to receive e-bills, or use your username and password to obtain your e-xxxx pursuant to your authorization as described below. The presentment of your first e- xxxx may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx and may take as much as sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of your account with each Xxxxxx. Additionally, your continuing receipt of a paper copy of your billing statement(s) is at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxx. While e-xxxx is being activated, it is your responsibility to keep your accounts with your Billers current. Each of your Billers may reserve the right to accept or deny your request to receive e-bills.
