Time of Performance. Time for performance of the Scope of Services under this Agreement shall begin with receipt of the Notice to Proceed and end no later than December 31, 2026. Consultant shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services, within this time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.
Time of Performance. The SOW Agreement end date, wherever such reference appears in the SOW Agreement, shall be changed from OLD SOW END DATE to NEW SOW END DATE.
Time of Performance. CONTRACTOR agrees to complete all work and services in a timely fashion.
Time of Performance. This Agreement will become effective on October 1, 2022, or on the date when this Agreement has been signed by all parties, whichever is later, and will end on September 30, 2023. No costs incurred by the Provider prior to the effective date of this Agreement will be reimbursed and the Provider is solely responsible for any such expenses.
Time of Performance. Except as expressly otherwise herein provided, with respect to all required acts of Tenant, time is of the essence of this Lease.
Time of Performance. CONTRACTOR shall commence the services required under this Contract on the effective date of this Contract, as set forth in the introductory clause. CONTRACTOR shall perform the services and provide deliverables, if applicable, within the timelines indicated in Exhibit A.
Time of Performance. 5.1 The time for performance of the Scope of Services by Contractor shall begin with receipt of the Notice to Proceed from County and end no later than three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days thereafter. Contractor shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services within this time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.
Time of Performance. Artist shall provide services described in this Agreement in a timely manner, as described herein. Artist acknowledges and agrees that time is strictly of the essence with respect to this Agreement, and that the failure to timely perform any of the obligations hereunder shall constitute a default of this Agreement.
Time of Performance. The services or goods required of the CONTRACTOR under this Contract shall be performed and completed in accordance with the Time of Performance set forth in Attachment-S3, which is made a part of this Contract.
Time of Performance. The services of the Subrecipient are to commence as soon as practicable on or after the date of this contract, and shall be undertaken and completed in such sequence as to assure their expeditious completion in light of the purposes of this contract through a period ending June 30, 2021. All expenditures associated with implementation of this activity must be submitted for reimbursement by July 15, 2021.
