Trial Basis at the request of the Client the first 5 days 4 weeks of the Engagement will be on a trial period basis. CLEC Profile: A CenturyLink form required to be completed and submitted to CenturyLink by any Telecommunications Carrier requesting to interconnect or exchange traffic with CenturyLink’s network, requesting unbundled access to CenturyLink’s Network Elements, or the ability to initiate any order submission to CenturyLink. Among other things, a Telecommunication Carrier is required to provide CenturyLink, on the CLEC Profile, the following: its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Access Carrier Name Abbreviation (ACNA). CLLI Codes: Common Language Location Identifier Codes. Collocation: An arrangement whereby a requesting Telecommunications Carrier may locate equipment necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements at CenturyLink Central Offices for the purposes of interconnecting with CenturyLink’s network or for accessing CenturyLink’s Unbundled Network Elements pursuant to the Interconnection obligations under the Act as codified in 47 C.F.R. §51. Commingle: The act of Commingling. Commingling: The connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an unbundled Network Element, or a combination of unbundled Network Elements, to one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from CenturyLink or the combining of an unbundled Network Element, or a combination of unbundled Network Elements with one or more such facilities or services.   • Statements of Reconciliation after Change in Accounting Principles If, as a result of any change in accounting principles and policies from those used in the preparation of the Historical Financial Statements, the consolidated financial statements of Holdings and its Subsidiaries delivered pursuant to Section 5.1(b) or 5.1(c) will differ in any material respect from the consolidated financial statements that would have been delivered pursuant to such subdivisions had no such change in accounting principles and policies been made, then, together with the first delivery of such financial statements after such change, one or more statements of reconciliation for all such prior financial statements in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent;

  • Accounting Basis The Company shall use such method of accounting as may be determined by the Board that is consistent with United States generally accepted accounting principles or such other accounting methods and conventions as the Board may from time to time determine to be used in the preparation of the Company’s tax returns.

  • Certificate of Analysis Seller shall provide a certificate of analysis and other documents as defined in the Quality Agreement for any Product to be released hereunder, in a form in accordance with the cGMPs and all other applicable Regulatory Requirements and Product Specifications and as shall be agreed upon by the parties. For any batch that initially failed to meet any Product Specification, the certificate of analysis shall document the exception. Products that do not meet dissolution specifications at USP Stage I and II testing shall not be accepted by Buyer (and such requirement shall be included in the Product Specifications/Quality Manual).

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
