PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Contract shall be effective upon execution by all parties. The term of the Contract shall be a one (1) year term with the option to renew for three (3) additional one
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance for this Agreement shall commence as of July 1, 2023 and be in full force and effect through June 30, 2024 unless terminated earlier or modified in accordance with this Agreement.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance of OASIS is from September 3, 2014 through September 2, 2024 as exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contact. The period of performance for each task order awarded under XXXXX shall be specified in the task order by the ordering agency. Task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the OASIS term expiring and may extend up to 5 years after the OASIS term expires. Task order option periods may be exercised after the OASIS term expires as long as the final task order option period does not extend the cumulative term of the task order beyond 5 years after the OASIS term expires. After the OASIS term expires, XXXXX will remain an active contract until the final task order is closed-out and shall govern the terms and conditions with respect to active task orders to the same extent as if it were completed during the OASIS term. Accordingly, the cumulative term of all task orders placed under XXXXX may span up to September 2, 2029.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance of this Agreement shall commence upon the date of execution by both Parties, but not earlier than October 1, 2022, and remain in effect until September 30, 2023, unless terminated sooner, as provided herein.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Contract shall be effective upon execution by all parties. The term of the Contract shall be effective March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual consent of all parties. The Owners reserve the right to extend the contract beyond the renewal term upon written approval by all parties.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of this Agreement until the Scope of Work is completed by Consultant, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance of OASIS SB is from June 20, 2014 through December 19, 2024, as exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, with 1 (5-year) option that may extend the cumulative term of the contract to 10 years in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contact, if exercised. The period of performance for each task order awarded under OASIS SB shall be specified in the task order by the ordering agency. Task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the OASIS SB term expiring and may extend up to 5 years after the OASIS SB term expires. Task order option periods may be exercised after the OASIS SB term expires as long as the final task order option period does not extend the cumulative term of the task order beyond 5 years after the OASIS SB term expires. After the OASIS SB term expires, XXXXX SB will remain an active contract until the final task order is closed-out and shall govern the terms and conditions with respect to active task orders to the same extent as if it were completed during the OASIS SB term. Accordingly, the cumulative term of OASIS SB may span up to December 19, 2024 and the cumulative term of all task orders placed under OASIS SB may span up to December 19, 2029.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance of this IAA will commence on July 1, 2021, and be completed by June 30, 2023, unless the Agreement is terminated sooner as provided herein. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of ECOLOGY.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance under the Agreement shall be as specified in any written Authorizations to Perform Services, or subsequent revisions thereto, issued during the Order Period. However, the period of performance shall not commence prior to the date of execution of any such written Authorization.
