This provision does not waive any of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) rights to collect from Contractor.
The Washington State Interlocal Cooperation Act RCW 39.34 provides that other governmental agencies may purchase goods and services based on the Contract with the City in accordance with the terms and prices of the Contract if all parties are agreeable.
Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is (a) in good standing; (b) qualified to do business in the State of Washington; and (c) registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State.
