Washington State. If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.

You acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily waiving and releasing any rights you may have under the ADEA. You also acknowledge that the consideration given for the waiver and release above is in addition to anything of value to which you were already entitled. You acknowledge that this Agreement is written in a manner calculated to be understood by you. Your waiver and release do not apply to any rights or claims that may arise after you execute this Agreement. You should consult with an attorney (at your own expense) prior to executing this Agreement. You have twenty-one (21) days to consider this Agreement (although you may choose to voluntarily execute this Agreement earlier). You have seven (7) days following the execution of this Agreement to revoke the Agreement, which if you opt to do so, must be in writing by facsimile to 000-000-0000. This Agreement shall not be effective until the revocation period has expired, i.e., as of the eighth day after this Agreement is executed by you.

We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation.
