Work to Continue. Work under the Contract shall be continued by the Contractor during the arbitration proceedings, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Corporation or the Engineer-in-charge or unless the matter is such that the works cannot possibly be continued until the decision of the arbitrator is obtained and except as those which are otherwise expressly provided in the Contract, no payment due or payable by the Corporation shall be withheld on account of such arbitration proceeding unless it is the subject matter or one of the subject matters of the arbitration.
Work to Continue. During the pendency of any dispute proceedings, as required under the terms of this Agreement, Owner shall continue to make undisputed payments and each Party shall continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

In the case of any Dispute, Contractor shall continue to perform the Work unrelated to the dispute pending final determination of the Dispute, and ComEd shall continue to make payments to Contractor in accordance with the Agreement for those portions of the Work completed that are not the subject of Dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved, IT Consultant agrees it will neither rescind this Agreement nor stop the progress of the work. The District and IT Consultant agreed that, in the event that a dispute comes to litigation, each party will bear its own legal expenses.

In the case of any Dispute, Company shall continue to perform the Work unrelated to the dispute pending final determination of the Dispute, and Buyer shall continue to make any payments to Company in accordance with the Agreement for those portions of the Work completed that are not the subject of Dispute.

In the case of any Dispute, Provider shall continue to perform the Work pending final determination of the Dispute, and ComEd shall continue to make payments to Provider in accordance with the Scope of Work for those portions of Work completed that are not the subject of the Dispute.
Work to Continue. While the procedures specified herein are being followed all work shall continue normally. The ultimate terms of settlement of the dispute shall not be affected in any way, nor shall the rights of any person involved in or affected by the dispute be prejudiced by the fact that normal work has continued without interruption.
Work to Continue. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Contractor shall diligently carry on the Work during the pendency of any disputes so long as all undisputed amounts payable to Contractor hereunder have been paid.
