Before mailing the Class Notice, the Claims Administrator shall run the Putative Class Member addresses through the U.S. Postal Service’s Change of Address Database and update any addresses accordingly.
The contact information in the Putative Class List shall be treated as Highly Confidential pursuant to the stipulated protective order entered in the Action.
