Property Condition Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06.
Property Condition Reports have the meanings set forth in Section 3.1(S).
Property Condition Reports means those certain property condition reports for the Properties as described on EXHIBIT J.

  • Except as set forth in the Environmental Reports (as such term is defined in the Disclosure Agreement), or the Property Condition Reports (as such term is defined in the (Disclosure Agreement), or as otherwise set forth in the Disclosure Agreement, the Property is in good condition and repair and is free from any damage that would materially and adversely affect the value of the Property as security for the Loan or the intended use of the Property.

  • To the Borrowers' Knowledge after due inquiry, and except as disclosed in the Property Condition Reports, any septic system located at any of the Properties is in good and safe condition and repair and in compliance with all applicable law.

Property Condition Reports collectively, those certain reports and assessments for each Property set forth on Schedule 6.17(A) attached hereto.
Property Condition Reports means those certain property condition surveys prepared by EMG and dated (i) June 11, 1997, with respect to the Forest Property, (ii) June 19, 1997, with respect to the Meadowbrook Property, (iii) June 12, 1997, with respect to the Branhaven Property, and (iv) June 13, 1997, with respect to the Hialeah Properties.

Property Condition Reports means, collectively the property condition reports prepared in respect of the Acquisition Properties as described in the Prospectuses;
Property Condition Reports means (i) all material capital needs assessments, capital improvement plans, operation and maintenance plans, engineering reports and other assessments or evaluations regarding the physical condition of the Parcels; and (ii) any material budgets or expense plans, projections or analyses addressing the cost of remediation, renovation or extraordinary maintenance to or on the Parcels, in either case, to the extent the same are, to the Knowledge of the Company, in the possession or control of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
