Authorized Users. Authorized Users" are:
Authorized Users. Upon Your request, We may issue additional Cards for authorized users that You designate. You must notify Us in writing of any termination of an authorized user's right to access Your Account. Your notice must include the name of the authorized user and Your Account number and/or any subaccount number issued to the authorized user along with the authorized user's Card and any convenience or other access checks issued to the authorized user. If You cannot return the authorized user's Card or access checks and if You request Your Account to be closed, We will close Your Account and You may apply for a new Account. Alternatively, We may, at Our sole discretion, issue You a new Account number and a new Card.
Authorized Users. In addition to the persons referred to in the CAISO Tariff, including the CAISO Metered Entity and the relevant Scheduling Coordinator, as being entitled to access Meter Data on SQMDS, the CAISO Metered Entity may set forth in Schedule 3 of this Agreement any additional Authorized Users that shall be entitled to access the CAISO Metered Entity’s Settlement Quality Meter Data held by the CAISO. The CAISO Metered Entity shall include in Schedule 3 as Authorized Users the relevant UDCs and TOs. The CAISO shall provide the Authorized Users with any password or other information necessary to access the CAISO Metered Entity’s Settlement Quality Metered Data held by the CAISO on SQMDS. Any amendment or addition to Schedule 3 shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement.
Authorized Users. An Authorized User includes, but is not limited to DoD government employees (military, civilian, reserves, national guard), contractors, non-human devices, detailed individuals that are included and accounted for in the DoD in support of DoD missions and those individuals or non-human devices who have access to, use or are tracked by Licensor’s programs.
Authorized Users. You may allow employees and contractors of your entity or of your subsidiary(ies) to access and use the SDK from your secure network to perform work on your behalf. If you are an academic institution you may allow users enrolled or employed by the academic institution to access and use the SDK from your secure network. You are responsible for the compliance with the terms of this Agreement by your authorized users. If you become aware that your authorized users didn’t follow the terms of this Agreement, you agree to take reasonable steps to resolve the non- compliance and prevent new occurrences.
Authorized Users. Pursuant to FAR 16.504(a)(4)(vi), only authorized users may place Orders under the Basic Contract. In order to qualify as an authorized user, a duly warranted Contracting Officer (as that term is defined in FAR 2.1) in good standing must have an appropriate signed delegation of authority from the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). For purposes of this Basic Contract, these authorized users are identified as Ordering Contracting Officers (OCOs). This Basic Contract is for use by all Federal agencies, authorized Federal contractors, and others as listed in General Services Administration (GSA) Order ADM 4800.2E, ELIGIBILITY TO USE GSA SOURCES AND SUPPLY, January 3, 2000, as modified from time to time.
Authorized Users. You may not request an additional Card for another person. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. You should not allow others to have access to and use your Card. If you do permit another person to have access to and use your Card, Card Account, Card Number, or PIN, we will treat such permission as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are responsible for the authorized use of your Card and the security of your PIN according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Authorized Users. Licensee represents and warrants that each individual or system registered by Licensee for access to the Licensed Application (a) is accurately identified to Xxxxxx Mae and (b) is only accessing and using the Licensed Application as authorized for Licensee’s benefit. Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Application may enable Licensee’s Authorized Users to access all of Licensee’s data in the Licensed Application, which may be more data than the Authorized User needs to perform services for Licensee. Licensee accepts sole responsibility and will indemnify and hold Xxxxxx Xxx harmless from all claims and liability arising from its Authorized Users’ access to the Licensed Application and Licensee’s data (for SF Lenders, in accordance with the indemnification procedures set forth in the Selling Guide and for all other licensees, in accordance with the indemnification procedures set forth in Appendix A).
Authorized Users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons
Authorized Users. The Credit Union shall be entitled to rely on the apparent authority of any person who accesses the services using valid member and user login IDs and passwords, including such persons who may not be signers on member’s account. Except as otherwise provided by law, you will indemnify the Credit Union and hold it harmless for any loss or expense caused by any person with the apparent authority to access the services. You agree to provide each authorized user a copy of these terms in connection with their use of the services. The Credit Union may elect to verify the authenticity or content of any transmission by placing a call to any authorized signer on your account at our discretion. We may deny your access to the services without prior notice if we are unable to confirm any person's authority to access the services or if we believe such action is necessary for security reasons.
