Provide Information. Inform FTA immediately of any information it receives from any source alleging a violation of the prohibitions listed in section 4(f)(4) of this Master Agreement; and
Provide Information. The Client will provide or cause to be provided to the Custodian all data, information, documents and instructions concerning the Client and the investment activity of the Client in relation to the Portfolio as may be reasonably necessary or as the Custodian may reasonably request, in each case in a complete, accurate and timely manner, in order to enable the Custodian to discharge its duties under this Agreement.
Provide Information. Except as set forth in Section 16, Parent, SpinCo and Acquiror shall keep each other reasonably informed with respect to any material development relating to the matters subject to this Agreement.

Purchaser agrees to supply SCPPA, upon request, with such information, documentation and certifications as SCPPA shall reasonably determine to be requisite to and necessary or desirable for the administration and ongoing activities of the Project, including information reasonably available to allow SCPPA to respond to requests for such information from any federal, state or local regulatory body or other authority.
