SCDW. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) – damage excess (franchise) from the items 8.5 and 8.7 can be reduced by paying a franchise reduction fee according to the valid Lessor Price List (SCDW), in which case the User does not pay the amount of the franchise if he complies with all the provisions of these General Terms of Lease. Payment of SCDW coverage does not cover the risks: destruction / damage of tires, rim or rim cover, destruction / damage of the vehicle's undercarriage, vehicle interior (unless the interior is damaged in an accident), all vehicle windows and all damage incurred without presenting a police record to the Lessor. SCDW coverage does not exclude the obligation to contact the police and the Lessor in the event of damage to the vehicle and to obtain a police record.

SCDW. Charge for entire transfer of liability for damage caused by own fault from the Lessee to the Lessor with zero excess (see Overview of Fees). Transfer of liability does not cover damage to the windshield, chassis, tires, disc wheels and hubcaps, theft of radio, satellite navigation and with damage caused in relation to it. TP2 – Charge for the transfer of liability against the theft of the vehicle with zero excess. TWP – Charge for the transfer of liability for a coverage of damages done to the tires and windshield with zero excess. IIC – Crossborder Fee - Surcharge for the allowance to travel abroad from the Czech Republic with the rented Vehicle. Crossborder travel is premitted only to these countries: Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland. The lessor is not responsible for the vehicle's compliace with local road laws, vehicle standards, compulsory equipment and vehicle reqirements abroad. Guarantees above mentioned compliance only in the Czech Republic. Renter is also responsible for paying any applicable toll or vignette when travelling abroad from the Czech Republic. Under or no circumstance may the renter travel to other than above mentioned countries. Travel to other countries results in the contract being voided. Therefore no insurance covarage applies and the renter is responsible for the whole purchase value of the rented vehicle. XXX – Charge for arranging of the supplementary insurance of seats according to the nature of insured accident (up to 7,400 EUR / seat – see Insurance Terms and Conditions). Acceptance of CDW, IIC, PAI, WI financial coverage however does not limit the liability of the Lessor in the event of damage, traffic accident or theft of vehicle taking place as a result of breach of obligation according to this Contract or generally binding regulations even if such event has not been caused by the fault of the Lessee. SCDW. Fee for complete limitation of liability for damage caused by Xxxxxx´s fault to CZK 0 (see Overview of fees). Limitation of liability does not cover damage to the windshield, chassis, tires, disc wheels and hubcaps, theft of radio, satellite navigation and with damage caused in relation to it. TP2 – Fee for complete limitation of liability against car theft to 0 CZK TWP – Fee for complete limitation of liability for damage to tires and windscreen to 0 CZK.   • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Technology Transfer Subject to the terms of the Development Supply Agreement, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in no event later than the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date, Alnylam shall initiate a technology transfer to MedCo, or to its Third Party manufacturer(s) of Licensed Product, selected by MedCo and reasonably acceptable to Alnylam, of Alnylam Know-How that is reasonably necessary or useful for the Manufacture of the Licensed Product, and shall make available its personnel on a reasonable basis to consult with MedCo or such Third Party manufacturer(s) with respect thereto, all at MedCo’s expense, including the Costs reasonably incurred by Alnylam in connection with such technology transfer activities. Alnylam and its Affiliates shall keep complete and accurate records in sufficient detail to enable the payments payable hereunder to be determined. Promptly after MedCo’s written request, Alnylam shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to assign to MedCo any manufacturing agreement between Alnylam and a Third Party that is solely related to the manufacture of Licensed Products. Such assignment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such agreement, including any required consents of such Third Party and MedCo’s written agreement to assume all the obligations of Alnylam under such agreement to be undertaken after such assignment, but Alnylam shall remain solely responsible for its obligations under such agreement arising prior to such assignment. Except as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, MedCo shall be solely responsible for contracting with such Third Party manufacturer (and any other Third Party manufacture to whom Alnylam has initiated technology transfer as set forth in this Section 5.3) for the supply of such Licensed Product and Alnylam shall have no obligations under such agreement between MedCo and such Third Party manufacturer.
