Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:
Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
Write-Down Amount means, for any Collection Period for any 180-day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable, the excess of (a) the Principal Balance plus accrued and unpaid interest of such Receivable as of the last day of the Collection Period during which such Receivable became a 180-day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable, as the case may be, over (b) the estimated realizable value of such Receivable, as determined by the Servicer in accordance with its normal servicing procedures for the related Collection Period, which amount may be adjusted to zero by the Servicer in accordance with its normal servicing procedures if such Receivable has ceased to be a 180-day Receivable as provided in the definition of “180-day Receivable.”
Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.
Maximum Weekly Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in one week, defined as the 168 hour period starting Monday 0001 hour, under normal operating conditions. Member:
Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.
Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.
Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.
Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination, the applicable percentage set forth in the following table that corresponds to the Average Revolver Usage of Borrowers for the most recently completed fiscal quarter as determined by Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion; provided, that for the period from the Closing Date through and including September 30, 2017, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the rate in the row styled “Level II”; provided further, that any time an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the margin in the row styled “Level II”: Level Average Revolver Usage Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage I > 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.375% II < 50% ofthe Maximum Revolver Amount 0.50% The Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be re-determined on the first day of each fiscal quarter by Administrative Agent.
Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.
Gross Sales Price with respect to each sale of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement shall be the gross sales price per share of such Shares.
Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.
Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.
Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
