Vehicle Damage. 22.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, if You or any Authorised Driver has an Accident or if the Vehicle is stolen We will indemnify You for the theft, any Damage or Third Party Loss but for each Accident or theft You must pay up to the Damage Excess according to the Liability Reduction Option You have chosen and which is shown on the Rental Agreement, unless We agree that:

Vehicle Damage. The insurance applies to damage caused by: - traffic accident - other external accident - intentional damage by a third party. The insurance does not cover: - damage caused from inside the vehicle, such as mice causing damage to the vehicle - damage due to wear and tear, rust, corrosion, cold, damp or moisture and lack of maintenance - costs which can be reimbursed under the vehicle damage guarantee - damage to a part of the vehicle caused by a defect in design, manufacture, or materials.

Vehicle Damage. 11.1 Damage includes any and all Damage to third party property, Damage to the rented Vehicle including tyres, towing and recovery costs, theft, fire, break in or vandalism. The costs of any Damage will include the costs of repairing the Damage, and the costs of the daily rental rate for the period the vehicle is being repaired.
Vehicle Damage. If an employee's vehicle is damaged while on school district property, the employee will be reimbursed for the damage, not to exceed five hundred ($500) dollars when it is determined that the damage was caused on School Board property. Such determination may be made by either a School Resource Officer, a School Security Specialist, or a Special Investigative Unit Investigator (as determined by the Superintendent), witness testimony, or apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the damage.
