Other Countries Sample Clauses
The "Other Countries" clause defines how the terms of an agreement apply to activities, rights, or obligations outside the primary country of operation. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the contract's provisions extend to international transactions, foreign subsidiaries, or cross-border services, and may specify any exceptions or additional requirements for compliance with local laws. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand the geographical scope of their rights and responsibilities, thereby reducing legal uncertainty and potential disputes related to international operations.
