  • In case of the expiration period of the Payment card and non-provision of the Application on reissue of the Payment card, as well as subject to absence of the debt of the Client to the Bank, the Agreement’s conditions, stipulated by this Section as to issue and servicing of the Payment card, shall become invalid, the Account shall be closed, unless otherwise provided for the legislation of the RK.
