Incurred Costs definition

Incurred Costs means cost for which services are rendered, physical work has been accomplished, materials have been delivered, equipment is under fabrication yet to be invoiced, also known as Value of Work Done (VOWD).
Incurred Costs. Any monies expended on allowable expenditures relating to the application and/or contract.
Incurred Costs means, with respect to a Delayed Well Pad and the delivery of the Original Connection Notice therefor, the amount of all reasonable incremental costs and expenses incurred by Gatherer through the date of the Delay Notice for such Delayed Well Pad to procure, construct and install the relevant rights and facilities to connect the Delayed Well Pad to the Gathering System and to cause such facilities to be available to commence providing Services thereto.

Incurred Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Incurred Costs means the costs not otherwise deducted from Net Sales that are actually incurred by either Takeda or BioNumerik relating to the manufacture, distribution, marketing, promotion, and Third Party Payments in the Territory. Incurred Costs do not include costs associated with research and development of the Product, unless expressly stated. Incurred Costs include, but are not limited to, the following costs:
Incurred Costs means allowable costs that have been paid in full and documented in accordance with Rule 62-773.700, F.A.C., minus any amount prepaid or repaid including rebates, discounts, reservation or commitment fees, commissions, credits, or interest. However, for the purpose of reimbursement, where the person or organization listed as the person responsible for conducting site rehabilitation on the Certification Affidavit, Form 62-773.900(3), F.A.C., does not have a financial interest in the site, the following costs shall be considered incurred upon completion of the program task(s) in accordance with Rule 62-773.500, F.A.C.:
Incurred Costs. The terms of Section 7.5.4 shall be applicable to the Station Costs included or not included in each applicable Incurred Costs Statement; provided, however, that if any landlord or operator of any station is entitled to retroactively adjust station rents, then the applicable station rent shall be adjusted by Mesa as soon as reasonably practicable after such adjustment and shall be paid by or reimbursed to AWA within 30 days after Mesa provides AWA with notice of such adjustment and recalculation. All of the terms contained in Sections 7.8 and 7.9 shall apply to the invoicing, paying, collecting and auditing of Station Costs. AWA and Mesa intend for the Station Costs to be effective retroactive to January 1, 2003. Incurred Costs means all documented costs and expenses incurred by Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries) in connection with the Transaction, including, for the avoidance of doubt, such costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated under the Old Mutual Purchase Agreement and the Reinsurance Transaction.
Incurred Costs means costs and expenses estimated or calculated in accordance with the RTD Pricing Conditions, and without double counting, which are incurred, estimated or calculated, as the case may be, in connection with an Incurred Cost Event.
Incurred Costs means all costs actually incurred by AV in performance of this Agreement including but not limited to engineering, administrative, service and manufacturing labor, materials, subcontracts, travel and other direct costs. This shall include all applicable indirect rates for engineering overhead, manufacturing overhead, material overhead and selling general and administrative costs.
