Prohibited Country definition

Prohibited Country means any country in which Eximbank coverage is not available for commercial reasons or in which Eximbank is legally prohibited from doing business, as designated in the Country Limitation Schedule.

More Definitions of Prohibited Country

Prohibited Country has the meaning determined, from time to time, in accordance with Section 5.03(a) hereof.
