Notice of Employment. Xxxxxxx Xx. School District #231 located in Xxxxxxx County, State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT” hereby employs XXXXXX XXXXXXXX hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE” as READING CLUB ADVISOR, to serve and perform such duties at such times and places and in such manner as the DISTRICT may, from time to time, direct, and as set by DISTRICT POLICY. EMPLOYEE agrees that he/she will, at all times, faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his/her ability, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from him/her pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of the DISTRICT. Such duties shall be rendered at DISTRICT premises and such other place or places as the DISTRICT shall in good faith require or as the interest, needs, business or opportunity of the DISTRICT, shall require. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of ONE (1) school year, the same being such year 2021-2022, as said school year is defined by the DISTRICT, PROVIDED HOWEVER, this agreement may be terminated by either party on THIRTY (30) days written notice to the other; and PROVIDED FURTHER, that in the event of any violation by EMPLOYEE of any of the terms of this contract, the DISTRICT may thereon terminate employment under this contract without notice and with pay only to the date of such termination. The DISTRICT shall pay EMPLOYEE, and EMPLOYEE shall accept from the DISTRICT, in full payment of EMPLOYEE’S services hereunder, compensation at the rate of NINE HUNRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($975.00), per school year, payable in 2 installments on 12/22/2021 and 05/24/2021 while this agreement shall be in force. This agreement confers no property or contract right other than as set forth herein, and specifically excludes any expectation of employment beyond the term hereof. The DISTRICT shall not reimburse EMPLOYEE for expenses incurred by EMPLOYEE, not previously authorized by DISTRICT policy, rules or regulations. IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE HEREUNTO SET THEIR HAND THIS 26th DAY OF OCTOBER 2021.
Notice of Employment. During Executive’s employment and for twelve months after Executive’s termination of employment and payment of the Severance Payment hereunder, Executive will promptly notify the Company in writing if Executive becomes (or agrees to become) an employee or director of any other employer. Such notice shall include the name of the other employer and the date of commencement of employment or service as a director.
Notice of Employment. (a) The District shall determine the classification of each Faculty Member at the time of employment and thereafter during each subsequent spring semester. At the time of initial employment, each new Faculty Member shall receive a written statement indicating the classification and the salary to be paid.

Notice of Employment. 15.1 The district will provide, no later than May 15th each year, for continuing employees, a letter of agreement including the position, rate of pay, expected hours per day and days per year. Such notice indicates a reasonable expectation of re-employment.

During the period of restraint imposed by this Agreement, the Executive shall provide immediate written notice to the Company of each instance of employment, agency or consultancy in which the Executive becomes involved, including, but not limited to, the location and nature of the services rendered and the identity of the person or entity on whose behalf the services are rendered.
Notice of Employment. A written notice concerning the employee's re-employment for the following year shall be sent to each permanent employee a minimum of twenty (20) working days prior to his/her calendar end date. This notice is not to be used to change work location or position.
