Permanent Employees definition

Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

Permanent Employees. The term "permanent employees" applies to employees who have satisfactorily completed their probationary period and who are considered part of the permanent establishment of the Corporation.
