Notice to the Company definition

Notice to the Company means a written notice made in a manner stipulated in section 6.01 of this Trust Agreement from the Participant to the Company.
Notice to the Company means the form of notice set out in Schedule 2;
Notice to the Company has the meaning given to that term in paragraph (b) of Clause 7.1 (Illegality).

Examples of Notice to the Company in a sentence

  • Notice to the Company shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other address as the Company shall designate in writing to Indemnitee).

  • Notice to the Company shall be given in accordance with Section F.7 below.

  • If the Optionee desires to transfer Shares acquired under this Agreement, the Optionee shall give a written Transfer Notice to the Company describing fully the proposed transfer, including the number of Shares proposed to be transferred, the proposed transfer price, the name and address of the proposed Transferee and proof satisfactory to the Company that the proposed sale or transfer will not violate any applicable federal or state securities laws.

  • Notice to the Company shall be directed to the President of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other address as the Company shall designate in writing to Indemnitee).

  • Notice to the Company shall specify the period of time the Company has to redeem the Trust shares or to make other arrangements satisfactory to the Trust and its counsel, such period of time to be determined with reference to the requirements of Section 817(h) of the Code.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
