Common use of Notice of Employment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Employment. The Company shall forward the names of all new employees affected by this Agreement to the Secretary of the Union within one (1) week of such employees beginning work, and agrees to deduct an amount equal to the prevailing Brotherhood dues from such employees’ pay cheques on their first full pay period and thereafter.
