Union List Clause Samples
The Union List is a constitutional provision that enumerates the subjects on which only the central or federal government has the exclusive authority to legislate. It typically includes areas of national importance such as defense, foreign affairs, atomic energy, and currency. Union List. The Union agrees to provide to the Employer a written list of the names of any persons other than the Union Representatives who are authorized by the Union to deal with the Employer in relation to the Union's representation of the members of the bargaining unit, and to further provide written advice of changes made in the list from time to time.
