New Faculty Clause Samples
The "New Faculty" clause outlines the terms and conditions related to the hiring or appointment of new faculty members within an institution. It typically specifies eligibility requirements, the process for selection or appointment, and any special provisions or benefits that may apply to new hires, such as orientation programs or probationary periods. This clause ensures that both the institution and new faculty members have a clear understanding of expectations and procedures, thereby promoting a smooth onboarding process and reducing potential misunderstandings.
