Location of Employment. The Executive's principal place of business shall continue to be at the Company's headquarters to be located within thirty (30) miles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; provided, that the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the performance by the Executive of his duties shall require frequent travel including, without limitation, overseas travel from time to time.
Location of Employment. The parties acknowledge and agree that Executive’s employment duties hereunder are performable in Austin, Texas, subject to business travel commensurate with Executive’s duties hereunder and as otherwise requested by Employer.

Unless the Executive otherwise consents in writing, the usual place for the performance of his services shall be the Employer’s principal office located in the Borough of Manhattan, New York, New York, or such other location within Manhattan or Nassau County, New York, as established by the Employer.
Location of Employment. Executive's place of employment during the Term will be at the principal office of the Company, which is presently in the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area, subject to the need for business travel in connection with Company business.

Executive’s principal office, and principal place of employment, shall be at the Company’s offices in Malaysia; provided that Executive may be required under business circumstances to travel outside of such location in connection with performing his or her duties under this Agreement.
Location of Employment. The Employee's principal place of employment shall be at the executive offices of the Company located at 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 or, as may be requested by the Board, at any other office of the Company or any of its affiliates currently or hereinafter located in San Diego County; provided, that at the direction of the Board or the Designated Officer, the Employee may from time to time be required to travel to various domestic and foreign locations.

Location of Employment. Unless otherwise agreed by Executive, Executive’s principal place of employment shall be within 50 miles of the Company’s principal executive offices located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. If executive should agree to any other location, the Company shall (a) pay all out of pocket expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the relocation; and (b) if requested by Executive, shall purchase his residence at fair market value as determined by a real estate appraiser, mutually selected by the Company and Executive. If agreement cannot be reached, each party may select one appraiser and they shall agree on a third appraiser. The average of the three appraisals shall become the fair market value. All expenses incurred in connection with the appraisers shall be paid by the Company.
Location of Employment. Executive shall render his services at Company's offices in Los Angeles, California; provided, however, that Executive agrees to render his services at such other locations from time-to-time as the proper performance of Executive's duties may reasonably require. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company's principal offices shall remain in Southern California and Executive need not relocate to render his duties hereunder.
