From April. 1 to December 15, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule employees for a normal workweek consisting of forty (40) hours. From December 16 to March 31, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule employees for a normal workweek consisting of thirty-five (35) hours. This is not to be construed as a guarantee of weekly hours.

From April. 2009 and not earlier than 1 April in every subsequent year, we can increase your rent by an amount that we will set out clearly in a notice to you. CIB has made available this translation contract to its service delivery partners.

From April. 1 through November 30th of each year, the normal work week for all regular full-time employees (except dispatchers) shall consist of forty (40) hours of work in five (5) eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday (including late Sunday night or early Saturday morning shifts). In addition, each employee shall receive a thirty (30) minute per day unpaid meal break. From April. 29, 1999 to January 13, 2002, and subject to the exceptions noted below, Executive and his or her family shall be entitled to continue his, her or their participation in the Company's medical, dental, vision care and life insurance and disability benefit plans to the same extent, and under the same conditions, that he or she may be a participant in such plans on April 29, 1999 regardless of the intervening death of Executive; provided. however, such participation shall cease on the earlier of: (a) January 13, 2002, and (b) the last day of the month in which he or she may be covered by any plan, program or arrangement, sponsored by another employer offering substantially equivalent coverage. Additionally, from April 29, 1999 to January 13, 2002, the Executive shall be entitled to continue his or her participation in the Company's 401K plan (including employer match).
From April. 15, 1999, and for the balance of the Term of this Agreement (the "Employment Period"), the Company appoints Xxxxxxx as Chief Operating Office, General Counsel and a Director. Xx. Xxxxxxx will perform such duties consistent with such positions and as are from time to time delegated to Xxxxxxx by the Board of Directors or Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Specifically, Xxxxxxx'x duties shall include the responsibility for an expanded marketing effort.
