The Winter Season is eight consecutive months, beginning and effective September 16 and ending May 15.
The customer shall indicate in the Standard Gas Service Agreement (FES) the maximum number of days during the Winter Season during which some or all of the customer’s Winter Daily Contract Demand shall be interrupted.
At the end of each Winter Season, and at the end of each Summer Season, the Company will calculate the difference between the customer's actual usage and actual deliveries, and will adjust the DCQ beginning with the second month succeeding the end of each Winter Season and each Summer Season by said difference divided by the total number of days remaining in the Winter Season or the Summer Season.
Said instructions may be given orally or in writing but may be given on a maximum of sixty(60) days in any Winter Season.
