Your Rent. 3.1 You are responsible for ensuring the rent is paid for your home. You may be entitled to Housing Benefit but it is your responsibility to make a claim and to provide any information that the Housing Benefits Section needs to calculate your claim.
Your Rent. 2.1 You must pay your rent. It must be paid on time. Your rent is due every week but you can pay in advance every two weeks or every month if you prefer. There are occasional ‘free’ weeks when no rent is due (If you are in rent arrears then you must continue to pay in these weeks).

A swipe card for this purpose can be ordered from the Housing Department. ■ Cheques, Postal Order (no cash) through the postal system. ■ Wages deduction for those working with Cork City Council or by agreement with your employer. ■ Credit UnionDirect Debit. Forms are available at the Council’s payments offices. ■ Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS).
Your Rent. This is due on 1st October, unless otherwise stated on your invoice, and the full annual rental is payable in advance. In future, if the rental charge changes, at least two months notice will be given in writing. An invoice will be sent and this should be paid by cash or cheque, made payable to Pulloxhill Parish Council, and forwarded to the Clerk. Payment by BACS can also be made using the account details on your invoice. HOW BIG ARE THE PLOTS? They average 10m x 30m, no full plots are less than 250sq. m in area. We have 33 allotments on the site. Half plots can be rented and the same rules apply except for shed and greenhouse sizes. WHAT YOU CAN GROW You may grow vegetables, fruit and flowers on your plot. Small fruit trees may be grown with the permission of the Parish Council - please contact the Clerk with the details of the tree you wish to plant. Large trees will cast shade over a wide area and will take nutrients and water from the neighbouring plots. WATER There are two taps located near the central pathway. The water will be available from 1st April to 30th September each year and will be switched off from 1St October to 31s' March. The use of hosepipes and sprinklers from this water source is prohibited.

Your Rent. You are renting from MiamiXperience Grupo Xxxx USA LLC the automobile/vessel described in the Rental Agreement, the rental of which is solely a transfer of possession, not ownership. You agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement provided that such term is not prohibited by the law of a jurisdiction that covers this rental, in which case such law controls. "You" and "your" refer to the person signing this agreement, "we", "our" and "us" refer to MiamiXperience . You also agree that you are not our agent for any purpose; and that you may not delegate or transfer your obligations under the Rental Agreement and any discrete part thereof.

If any money is to be paid to you by your landlord, for example, as compensation for damage to your property or decorations or for home loss and disturbance, the Council reserves the right to pay that money onto your rent account if you are in arrears.
