On April. 1st, of any year, each employee who has been in the employ of the Employer for less than one (1) year of credited service shall be entitled to a vacation of one and one-quarter (1.25) days with pay for each full month of service up to a maximum of fifteen (15) working days.

On April. 15, 2012 and to pay interest thereon from April 3, 2002, or from the most recent Interest Payment Date to which interest has been paid or duly provided for, semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 in each year, commencing October 15, 2002 at the rate of interest of 6.75% per annum until the principal hereof is paid or made available for payment. Payment of the principal of (and premium, if any) and interest on this Security will be made at the office or agency of the Company maintained for that purpose in Cincinnati, Ohio, in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment is legal tender for payment of public and private debts; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that at the option of the Company payment of interest may be made by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto as such address shall appear in the Security Register.   • EFFECTIVE DATE; TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on February 3, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). Upon effectiveness of this Agreement on the Effective Date, the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement between the Company and Executive dated January 29, 2016, as amended by the Severance Plan (the “Prior Agreement”) shall terminate and be of no further force and effect. Prior to the Effective Date, the Prior Agreement shall remain in full force and effect; provided, that, for purposes of the first sentence of Section 5(b) of the Prior Agreement, the parties hereto acknowledge that execution of this Agreement shall constitute a mutual agreement to continue Executive’s employment beyond February 2, 2019.
