Executive Officer of the Company definition

Executive Officer of the Company means any person who is a “covered employee” as defined in Section 162(m)(3) of the Code (currently being the Chief Executive Officer or any person acting in such capacity) and each other employee for which his total compensation is required to be reported to the Company’s shareholders under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, by reason of such employee’s being among the four highest compensated officers (other than the Chief Executive Officer or any person acting in such capacity).
