Phase 2 definition

Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.
Phase 2 means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, the principal purpose of which is a determination of safety and efficacy in the target patient population, which is prospectively designed to generate sufficient data that may permit commencement of pivotal clinical trials, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities, from time to time, pursuant to Applicable Law or otherwise, including the trials referred to in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), as amended.

Examples of Phase 2 in a sentence

  • Site ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Way (Initial) -- 3 years from the date of issuance of the street improvement permit for Major Phase 2.

  • The Agency may not pay indebtedness or receive property taxes from Phase 2 of the Shipyard Redevelopment Plan Area after a date that is (i) forty-five (45) years after the Initial HPS Transfer Date, plus (ii) an additional fifteen (15) years, which amount represents Anticipated Navy Delay.


More Definitions of Phase 2

Phase 2 means the time period beginning the date a Facility is turned over to Owner and ending on the date of Substantial Completion of Subproject 1.
Phase 2 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 1 implementation date and ending on the Phase 2 implementation date (as defined below); and
