Shift Changes. When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

Shift Changes. Except by agreement between the Employer and the employee concerned, each regular employee will receive two (2) clear off-duty shifts when changing shifts, and at least forty-eight (48) hours off-duty after completing the employee's last night shift.

Shift Changes. 1. The employer shall endeavor to provide fourteen (14) calendar days advance notice when an employee's shift is permanently changed. In no case shall there be less than ten (10) calendar days notice. Permanent means a change lasting thirty (30) calendar days or more. For changes lasting less than thirty
Shift Changes. The Company shall give an employee twenty-two (22) hours notice of a change in his regular shift pattern. Where such notice is not given, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times for regular hours worked on the first shift following the change.
