Board Member Qualifications. The appointed Board of Directors will be legally accountable for the operation of Gem Prep: Meridian North. The school is committed to compliance with all federal and state laws and rules and acknowledges its responsibility for identifying essential laws and regulations, and complying with them. The board of directors not only seeks potential board members who support Gem Prep students but also who have the specific skill set needed on the board. The Board of Directors is comprised of a talented and seasoned group of professionals and civic leaders.
