Governance Committee definition

Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors or any successor committee thereto.

  • The primary Governance Committee member for the School Division shall be the Superintendent.

  • Copies of such written notice shall be given to the other Parties and the individual so appointed as a new Governance Committee member and the Governance Committee member so replaced.

  • The Governance Committee shall consist of three (3) individuals consisting of one (1) representative from each of the City, the College and the School Division.
