Seeking Employment. ‌ HCWs/PSWs who are seeking work are responsible for updating their availability for referral every thirty (30) days in the Registry. HCWs/PSWs no longer seeking employment can change their availability to work status in the Registry at any time.

Seeking Employment. Time off during notice period to seek employment An employee will be entitled to reasonable time off with full pay to attend necessary employment interviews, from the date the period of notice commences. • Expenses incurred seeking employment Where expenses to attend interviews are not met by the prospective employer, the employee may be entitled to some travel and incidental expenses as agreed in advance on a case by case basis. • Staff support services ANSTO will facilitate the provision of personal and financial advice, as requested, to excess staff via relevant external providers.   • Continuing Employment Continuing employment means full-time or part-time employment which has no fixed end date or contingency upon which the employment contract will come to an end. All employment, other than fixed term employment and casual employment, is continuing employment.

  • Re-employment An employee who resigns her position and within sixty (60) days is re-employed, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.
