Bachelor’s degree in English, International Relations, or related field. • At least three years’ relevant work experience. • The successful contractor must be in possession of the relevant equipment and software to fulfill the deliverables. • Demonstrable experience: a) Technical writing b) Editing; c) Attention to detail;
Skills and Experience. Contractor (a) possesses the skills and experience needed to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement, (b) shall devote sufficient resources to this project to enable Contractor to achieve Conversion promptly, and (c) shall perform all Services in accordance with Schedule 1, the Manuals and the industry standard of care for a contractor engaged in the type of business, and providing the type of services, which are contemplated in this Agreement.
Skills and Experience. It is understood that CONTRACTOR has the skills, experience and knowledge necessary to perform the services agreed to be performed under this Agreement and that SUPERINTENDENT relies upon CONTRACTOR’S representations about its skills, experience and knowledge to perform the services in a competent manner. Acceptance by SUPERINTENDENT of the services to be performed under this Agreement does not operate as a release of said CONTRACTOR from responsibility for the work performed. CONTRACTOR further agrees to assign a proper staff member or members to render the services and such staff member(s) shall hold the proper credentials authorizing such services.

Advanced experience in development of training programmes and/or qualifications, ideally in Kiribati or other Pacific Island countries • Extensive experience in the development of training resources including teachers’ guides, student materials and other relevant teaching/learning materials • Excellent experience in conducting similar projects ideally in the Pacific or in any other region • Familiarity with labour mobility and entrepreneurship development • Familiarity with the socio-economic development context of Kiribati • Excellent command of English (oral and written) • Availability to travel to Kiribati, to carry out interviews and lead focus groups discussions • Ability to work independently under a well-defined consultancy framework • Attention to detail, ability to work in teams, and under tight deadlines
Skills and Experience. This position requires a basic understanding of plant operation, mechanical principles and practices, and a grasp of electrical principles. The appointee will generally have qualifications or experience in plant operation or mechanical or electrical discipline and will have completed at least six months practical experience and training in the operation and maintenance of pipelines and facilities.
