State Law Clause Samples

State Law. The law of the state of the Employer's principal place of business (unless otherwise designated in an addendum to the Employer's Adoption Agreement) will determine all questions arising with respect to the provisions of this Agreement except to the extent superseded by Federal law.

State Law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
