State Law Sample Clauses

State Law. This Agreement is made under, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.
State Law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
State Law. The Agreement is established under, and will be construed according to, the laws of the state of New Jersey, to the extent such laws are not preempted by the Act and valid regulations published thereunder.
