Existing Board definition

Existing Board means any area tourist organisation which is to be wound up and dissolved in accordance with paragraph 11(2) of the scheme; and
Existing Board means the individuals who, as of the beginning of any 12 month period, constitute the Board.
Existing Board means the Board of Directors of the Company as constituted immediately prior to the first date upon which any outstanding voting shares or assets of the Company are sold, transferred or exchanged in connection with a proposed Change of Control.
