For School Clause Samples
The "For School" clause designates that certain terms, conditions, or provisions within the agreement specifically apply to educational institutions or activities related to schools. In practice, this clause may outline requirements, responsibilities, or limitations that are unique to school settings, such as compliance with educational regulations, student privacy protections, or use of resources for educational purposes. Its core function is to ensure that the agreement addresses the unique needs and legal obligations of schools, thereby providing clarity and tailored protections for educational environments.
For School. Age Child Care Aide and Bus Aide employees, the overtime provisions applicable to such positions are limited to items 1, 3, 4, and 5 herein. Employees in these positions are not eligible for compensatory time.
For School. Year Employees whose long service leave is due and taken or paid out during the time this agreement is in operation, payment for such leave will be as follows:
34.7.1 The proportion of long service leave accrued prior to 18th December 1990 will be paid at the Award rate applicable to the relevant classification as per Clause 17 of this Agreement, full time or pro rata appropriate to the hours of work.
34.7.2 The proportion of leave accrued from or after 18th December 1990 will be paid at the averaged pay rate as set out in 34.3 of this Clause.
34.7.3 The rates referred to in 34.7.1 and 34. 7.2 above will be those applicable at the time of taking long service leave.
For School. A non-refundable deposit of $300 deposit per child. This will be applied towards payment for the final month of school (May 09)

For School. After August 1, 2008, changes will incur a fee of $75 per change.
