Real Estate Agent. Landlord and Tenant each represent and warrant to the other that no agents were involved in the negotiation of this Lease except that it is disclosed in the Lease Agreement to which this is an Exhibit. Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims for commission by individuals, entities or agents claiming entitlement to compensation by virtue of its representation of the indemnifying party.
Real Estate Agent. Each of the Seller and the Buyer: (i) represents and warrants to the other that it has not employed, been represented by or otherwise dealt with any real estate agent, broker or finder in connection with the sale and purchase of the Property other than Colliers International and that no commission, fee or other compensation is payable in connection with the sale and purchase of the Property except as may be provided in a separate writing signed by the party who is liable for payment of such compensation; and (ii) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
Real Estate Agent. Each of the parties represents and warrants that no real estate agent or broker was involved in the negotiation or consummation of this Lease. Landlord shall hold Tenant harmless from all fees and commissions claimed by any broker arising from the consummation of this Lease, excepting any broker claiming by or through Tenant, for which claims Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless. The indemnifications contained herein shall include court costs, reasonable out of pocket costs and attorneys’ fees at the trial and appellate levels.
Real Estate Agent. The parties respectfully represent that no real estate commission is due, Buyer Seller the parties not having dealt with a real estate broker or salesperson in regard to this sale. or
Real Estate Agent. The Seller and the Buyer agree that if any real estate broker or agent makes a claim for commission in connection with this transaction, then the party dealing with such real estate broker or agent shall defend, indemnify and hold the other party harmless against any costs or expenses, including the cost of defense, resulting from any such claim. The Seller represents and agrees that he has not granted any listing or other brokerage agreement to a real estate broker or agent in connection with the Phase II Premises or the Phase III Premises.

Real Estate Agent. Tenant warrants that it has not had any dealings with any real estate broker or agent in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, and agrees to save and hold Landlord harmless from any cost, expense or liability (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) for any compensation, commission or charges claimed by any real estate broker or agent with respect to this Lease or the negotiation of this Lease.
Real Estate Agent. The parties agree that BUYER has no responsibility for the payment of any real estate agent or brokerage fees incurred in the sale of the PROPERTY.
Real Estate Agent. The purchaser warrants that it was not introduced to the vendor, to the Property and/or the Development by any person other than the vendor's agent (if any) specified in this Contract in circumstances which could give rise to a claim for commission or expenses in respect of the sale of the Property. The purchaser indemnifies the vendor against any claim arising from or as a consequence of a breach of this warranty.
Real Estate Agent. Each Party represents and warrants to the other Parties that such Party is not represented by a real estate agent, broker or other person or entity who may claim a commission or payment arising from the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and agrees to indemnify the other Parties if any such agent, broker, person or entity claims a commission or other remuneration by reason of representation or being a procuring cause of the sale through the indemnifying Party.
