Administrator Training Sample Clauses
The Administrator Training clause establishes the requirement for designated administrators to receive specific training related to their roles and responsibilities under the agreement. This may involve initial onboarding sessions, periodic refresher courses, or training on new systems and procedures relevant to the administration of the contract. By mandating such training, the clause ensures that administrators are adequately prepared to manage their duties effectively, thereby reducing the risk of errors and promoting compliance with contractual obligations.
Administrator Training. Configuration and Testing activities are conducted in a hands-on manner with core project team members who will serve as TracDat administrators. The Nuventive consultant focuses not only on properly configuring the system, but also on ensuring that customer personnel learn how to configure the system and enter plans themselves. By the end of administrator training, TracDat administrators will know how to perform all tasks needed to continue system deployment and migration of existing plans into TracDat. Deliverables: Implementation activity will generate the following deliverables: Pre-Configured System: Prior to beginning meetings with the customer’s team, TracDat will be pre-configured and installed based on Nuventive’s understanding of the customer’s needs, providing a starting point for in-depth configuration activities.
Administrator Training. This training is for those users County has assigned accountability for maintaining PIMS post-implementation. These “super-users” will be trained on the detailed aspects of e- Builder Enterprise setup and configuration including Business Intelligence. Administrators will learn how to perform such key tasks as: create new projects, users, reports, and workflows. They will have the ability to manage the e-Builder Enterprise configuration as County processes evolve over time.
Administrator Training. Administration Training will focus on system administration and all the features associated with maintaining the application. Additional training will focus on data collection as well as reporting and data analysis. Administration training will include the knowledge to provide Level 1 support and training to EMS field personnel. It is recommended that this training be accomplished in groups, since the interactive questions and assistance improves the learning process and establishes the communication links for the ongoing system usage. Contractor will provide training on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the EMS State Bridge with Patient Registry applications for technical support personnel (up to 10) for eight (8) hours per day, two (2) days, from 8:00am to 12noon, 1pm to 5:00pm. Training will be provided in City, State at an appropriate facility as determined by Contractor’s Project Manager and the County Project Manager. These training costs will be paid for by County and are included in Attachment C. Additional training may be purchased at $1000 per day plus travel expenses of $1,500 if on County’s site or $100 / hour for webinar training.
Administrator Training. Employees may be evaluated for drugs and/or alcohol. Site- based administrators and supervisors are not authorized to initiate a reasonable suspicion test and shall refer all concerns about potential employee intoxication to the Department of Human Resources or Department of Safety and Security for handling. One of the departments shall deploy a Central Office administrator who has completed training on reasonable suspicion. Testing shall be required if the trained Central Office administrator has reason to believe that an employee may be intoxicated (see paragraph 1.2.i) at the work site.
Administrator Training. The Nuventive consultant will conduct hands-on configuration and testing activities with the customer’s core project team. The goal is to properly configure the system, and to ensure that customer personnel learn how to configure it and work with SharePoint’s integration features. Customer administrators will learn how to utilize TracDat functionality within SharePoint and how to configure options within the TracDat SharePoint Option.
Administrator Training. Train the Trainer Training for all County designated J-CORR Trainers.
Administrator Training. GoTo follows a train the trainer methodology in its GoToConnect administrator trainings, providing participants with the ability to train other members of the organization upon completion. The following administrator training options are available:

1) Health and Welfare Plan and Administration Responsibilities
Administrator Training. Within 30 calendar days from the date this agreement is executed, the District will provide training on the subject of sex discrimination and harassment to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ High School administrators. The training will be conducted by an individual(s) knowledgeable about the laws and issues pertaining to Title IX. The District’s training will include, at a minimum, the following topics and activities:
i. Title IX’ s prohibition against discrimination, including harassment;
ii. a description of what conduct may constitute sex discrimination and/or harassment;
iii. the District’ s sex discrimination and harassment policy;
iv. the steps District employees are required to take if a student complains of sex discrimination and/or harassment by another student, a District employee, or a third party;
v. the steps District employees are required to take if they witness sexual harassment of a student by another student, a District employee, or a third party;
vi. the District’ s process for investigating and resolving sexual harassment complaints;
vii. Title IX’ s prohibition of retaliation against a student or other individual who files a sex discrimination/harassment complaint; and
viii. the name, title and contact information for the District employee responsible for answering questions about the District’ s process for reporting or addressing student complaints of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment. REPORTING REQUIREMENT: Within 45 days of signing this Agreement, the District will provide OCR documentation showing it has completed the training described above. The documentation must identify:
a) the date(s) and time(s) of the training;
b) the topics addressed at the training(s) (the District may provide OCR an outline of the training and a copy of the materials disseminated at the training);
c) the name(s), title(s), and credentials of the individual(s) who conducted the training; and
d) the name and title of each District administrator or employee who attended the training (a sign-in sheet with the attendees’ names and titles is sufficient).
Administrator Training. PVSEA will participate in the Progressive Discipline training for all Administrators to be held in July, 2019.
