System Configuration. For the purposes of this Agreement, “System” means, collectively, any computer network, computer system, peripheral or device installed, maintained, monitored or operated by XXXX pursuant to this Agreement. Our fees are based upon the configuration of your System as of the effective date of the applicable SOW. If the System configuration changes for any reason, then we may adjust the scope of services and/or the fees charged to you under the applicable SOW to accommodate those changes.
System Configuration. If you are a Lessee, you acknowledge that the Apple Software may have been previously configured by the Lessor who is leasing the Apple Software to you, including the selection of settings for Analytics, Location Services, and other security, privacy and data collection-related features. You acknowledge and agree that Apple is not responsible for the configuration of the Apple Software by the Lessor.
System Configuration. Program configuration parameters are stored in file dendrocloud.cnf. Configuration file is usually stored in the program's directory. Configuration file contains parameters, which are needed to set usage of processors, memory, graphics card, etc.
System Configuration. Hardware and software requirements for proper installation and use of the Service are set forth in the relevant Documentation. Customer is solely responsible and fully liable for purchasing, providing, installing, and using all required equipment, networks, peripherals, third-party software and hardware, scripts, or other technologies that may interoperate and be used in conjunction with the Service, all of which are expressly excluded from all warranty, indemnity and support obligations described elsewhere in this Agreement.
System Configuration. The Customer shall make available appropriate subject matter experts to perform System configuration tasks as assigned.

See Exhibit A for the hardware infrastructure configurations required to provide access to the Amgen Subscription. At its own expense, Celera shall be responsible for any maintenance of the System; provided however, that if a malfunction of the System shall be caused by Amgen, at Amgen's expense and with Amgen's prior approval Celera shall be responsible for any maintenance, upgrades, improvements or replacements of the System.
