System Configuration Sample Clauses

The System Configuration clause defines the technical setup and parameters required for a system to operate as intended under the agreement. It typically outlines the necessary hardware, software, network settings, and any specific integration requirements that must be met by one or both parties. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities regarding system readiness, thereby minimizing the risk of operational issues or disputes related to incompatible or insufficient configurations.
