Field Personnel definition

Field Personnel means employees who spend twenty percent or less of their work time at the work site and who do not report to the work site during the peak period for pickup and dispatch of an employer-provided vehicle.
Field Personnel means full-time employees of Galena and independent contractors engaged by Galena on a full-time basis who (x) are not based at Galena’s principal place of business; (y) spend substantially all of their time as a sales representatives, contracting/account managers, medical science liaisons or marketing or medical representatives working primarily with respect to commercial products; and (z) work in the field visiting physicians, pharmacies, institutions and other customers or potential customers whose primary responsibility is (a) to influence prescribing and purchasing products or (b) to develop contractual or business relationships for products.

For purposes of Section 1.4, "FIXED COSTS" shall be deemed to be the cost of facilities, utilities, insurance, equipment depreciation and other fixed costs directly related to the conduct of the Commercialization Plan and the manufacture of Collaboration Product for use in commercialization activities, allocated based upon the proportion of such costs directly attributable to the support or performance of the Commercialization Plan and the manufacture of Collaboration Product for use in commercialization activities or by such other method of cost allocation as may be approved by the Steering Committee. Commercialization Costs shall exclude all costs otherwise reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement. All cost determinations made hereunder shall be made in accordance with GAAP.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Project Managers means the Contractor’s Project Manager and the Bank’s Project Manager appointed by each of the Parties in accordance with Section 6. The initial Project Managers and their contact details are described in Schedule 7.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means the activities designed to ensure or improve appropriate medical use of, conduct medical education of, or further research regarding, the Product, including by way of example: (a) activities of medical science liaisons who, among their other functions may (i) conduct service based medical activities, including providing input and assistance with advisory meetings, (ii) recommend investigators for clinical trials and provide input in the design of such trials and other research related activities, and (iii) deliver non-promotional communications and conduct non-promotional activities, including presenting new clinical trial and other scientific information; (b) grants to support continuing medical education, symposia, and Third Party research related to the Product; (c) development, publication and dissemination of publications relating to the Product; (d) medical information services provided in response to inquiries received through sales representative, letter, phone call, email and other communication; (e) conducting advisory board meetings or other consultant programs; and (f) the support of investigator-initiated trials of the Product.

  • Principals or Key Personnel means and refers to those principals and key personnel of the Contractor, and its or their agents, as described in C.G.S. §§ 4-250(5) and 4-252(c)(1)(B) and (C).

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
