System Usage. The Priceline Group will use the Worldspan System, including data provided through such system, solely for the purposes of making legitimate Bookings through the Worldspan System, issuing travel documents relating to such Bookings, performing related accounting and record-keeping functions, conducting testing in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, utilizing historical data in the ordinary course of the Priceline Group’s business, and in accordance with rules and regulations established by travel suppliers and published by Worldspan. The Priceline Group specifically agrees that it shall not use the Worldspan System, including data provided through such system, to make bookings via any means other than the Worldspan System or to develop any of the following types of services for the purpose of reselling such services to third parties: software applications, including without limitation booking engines, corporate booking programs, fare and pricing tools, caching products, and hosting applications. For the avoidance of doubt, the Priceline Group shall not be prohibited from using the Worldspan System, including data provided through such system, in the process of servicing a customer even in the case where the Priceline Group searches an itinerary in the Worldspan System and subsequently books such itinerary [**] = Confidential treatment requested for redacted portion; redacted portion has been filed separately with the Commission. through a Direct Connection with a supplier, provided that the Priceline Group did not, as part of the servicing of such customer, search the inventory of such supplier in the Worldspan System.
System Usage. ComplyAdvantage shall use the number of Authorised Users, and data relating to the volume and categories of Client Data processed through the Services, to calculate and verify the Charges. ComplyAdvantage may analyse Authorised Users' login metadata (including IP address, concurrent logins, and similar indicators) for security purposes to monitor Client's compliance with clause 8.
System Usage. 6.1. Only activities that relate to public safety, law enforcement or criminal justice shall be allowed on the system.
System Usage. Risk Ledger will use the number of Authorised Users, and data relating to the volume and categories of Organisation Data processed through the Services, to calculate and verify the Charges. Risk Ledger may analyse Authorised Users' login metadata (including IP address, concurrent logins, and similar indicators) for security purposes to monitor the Organisation's compliance with clause 4.3.
System Usage. TPA acknowledges that AF’s Services, including Online Product(s) are only accessible to the TPA on one or more Member’s behalf. Permission to access the Services by a Member must be in writing in a format authorized by AF. The Terms of Use, as incorporated by reference, govern use of the Services provided by AF, including Online Product(s). TPA acknowledges and agrees that AF must have written proof on file signed by each Member granting the TPA authority to access the Services. AF reserves the right to add, change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services and/or impose limits or restrict TPA’s access (including its Users, as defined in the Terms of Use) to any Services at its sole discretion and without notice or cause.
System Usage. The user department has to use systems delivered by NIC, for the purpose and scope defined, and cannot misuse or share data with any private company or third party agency the details of NCDG software or associated manuals.

  • System Availability Although we will try to provide continuous access to the Service, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time and will not be liable in the event Service is unavailable. Actual service or network performance is dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control. If you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours and we confirm an outage consisting of a period of two (2) hours in any calendar month, and not due to any service, act, or omission of you, a third party, your applications, equipment or facilities, or reasons outside of our control, you shall be eligible for a service credit. A service credit shall be computed as a pro-rated charge for one day of the regular monthly fees for the Service in the next monthly statement. Intermittent service outages for periods of less than two (2) hours are not considered service outages. Outages caused by routine scheduled maintenance are also not considered an outage. You shall receive advance notice no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of our scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be performed between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST.

  • Word Usage Words used in the masculine shall apply to the feminine where applicable, and wherever the context of this Agreement dictates, the plural shall be read as the singular and the singular as the plural.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Equipment Usage Equipment provided by Sauk County Department of Human Services is the property of Sauk County Department of Human Services. Upon termination of the Contractors employee using the equipment, or termination of the contract between Sauk County DHS and the said Contractor, the equipment must be returned within (5) five working days. If the equipment is damaged or not returned, the Contractor will be held responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment. Sauk County may withhold from future payments the replacement cost of the said equipment or take any other necessary action.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS. 7.2 Per code of Federal Regulations, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part IX, Section 274(d), all expense reimbursement requests must include the following: 7.2.1.1 Date 7.2.1.2 Destination 7.2.1.3 Purpose 7.2.1.4 Name of traveler(s) 7.2.1.5 Correspondence that verifies business purpose of the expense 7.3 The mileage for a personal vehicle must document the date, location of travel to/from, number of miles traveled and purpose of trip. 7.4 Mileage will be reimbursed on the basis of the most commonly used route. 7.5 Reimbursement for mileage shall not exceed the cost of a round trip coach airfare. 7.6 Reimbursement for mileage shall be prohibited between place of residence and usual place of work. 7.7 Mileage should be calculated from employee’s regular place of work or their residence, whichever is the shorter distance when traveling to a meeting or traveling to Williamson County, Texas for vendors who are located outside of the Williamson County Courthouse, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ by at least a 45-mile radius. 7.8 When more than one person travels in same vehicle, only one person may claim mileage reimbursement. 7.9 Tolls, if reasonable, are reimbursable. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement (administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed). 7.10 Parking fees, if reasonable are reimbursable for meetings and hotel stays. For vendors who contract with a third party for visitor parking at vendor’s place of business, Williamson County will not reimburse a vendor based on a percentage of its contracted visitor parking fees. Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.
