Maintenance and Support Services definition

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

Maintenance and Support Services means the Software maintenance and support services the Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide under this Contract as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Maintenance and Support Services means maintenance and support services provided by Contractor under section 1.9 unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Examples of Maintenance and Support Services in a sentence

• This Exhibit A for Hardware Maintenance and Software License, Maintenance and Support Services shall be in effect for the coverage period as described in Schedule A1 (the “Initial Term”).

• In consideration for ES&S’ agreement to provide Hardware Maintenance and Software License, Maintenance and Support Services under this Exhibit A, Customer shall pay to ES&S the Hardware Maintenance and Software License, Maintenance and Support Fees set forth on Schedule A1 for the Initial Term.

• Licensee will not during the continuance of this Agreement and for one year after termination or expiry without MEGANEXUS’s prior written agreement directly or indirectly solicit or offer employment or engagement to any of the employees of MEGANEXUS who at the time of such solicitation or offer or during a period of six months immediately preceding such action was directly involved with the provision of Services or Maintenance and Support Services pursuant to this Agreement.

• You may modify your designated Technical Support Contact at any time during the terms of the service by confirmed email to Scytl’s Technical Support Contact, who will be the main interface to the Scytl Maintenance and Support Services.

• The Maintenance and Support Services apply in respect of the Software Modules only and do not extend to any other software operated by Licensee.

More Definitions of Maintenance and Support Services

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Exhibit 7. “Materials” means (i) all types of tangible personal property, including but not limited to goods, supplies, equipment, commodities, and information and telecommunication hardware and software, and (ii) all inventions (whether patentable or not), discoveries, literary works and other works of authorship (including software), designations, designs, know-how, technology, tools, ideas and information.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services set forth in Section 3.4.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services to be performed by ImageSoft under this SMA.

Maintenance and Support Services is defined in Section 19.

Maintenance and Support Services means Program support provided under Distributor's policies in effect on the date Maintenance and Support Services are ordered, subject to the payment by End User of the applicable fees for such support. Distributor reserves the right to alter such policies from time to time using reasonable discretion.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services described in Section 2 of this Exhibit subject to the exclusions set forth in Sections 4 and 7 of this Exhibit.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services provided by Illumio and paid for by Customer under the Agreement, in accordance with Illumio’s then-current Maintenance and Support Services program set forth in the Maintenance and Support Services Supplemental Terms.
