Examples of Additional Fees in a sentence
Where reasonably practicable, the Service Provider will notify the Customer of the applicable Additional Fees before performing the relevant work.
For clarity and without limiting the generality of the terms of the MSA relating to the Additional Fees, any work, configuration, integration, support, testing or modifications required to enable or support the use of such Customer tools will incur Additional Fees, which will be payable by the Customer.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or relevant Service Order, if the Customer requests services, work, modifications or changes that are not included in the Services or the relevant Service Order, or additional work is reasonably required as a result of the Customer’s acts, omissions, instructions or Customer Equipment, the Service Provider may perform such work subject to the Customer paying the applicable Additional Fees.
