New Projects means, collectively, the improvements, extensions and enlargements to the System, including any one or more of the projects described in Schedule I hereto, and such other improvements as the City may deem necessary or incidental to the System.

New Projects means Licensed Destination Club Projects and Licensed Residential Projects that are not in existence or operating as of the Effective Date but that are subsequently developed and operated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of New Projects

New Projects means any activity, program, betterment, facility or structure within the purpose and intent of the Compact, and the amendments thereto, not then implemented or constructed; provided that new projects shall not include the repair, rehabilitation, alteration or improvement of completed facilities, in operation, which shall be under the jurisdiction of the Operations and Maintenance Committee.
