Initial Planning Call. Engagement planning begins with a conference call that includes the customer and the Nuventive consultant. Customer participants should include the executive sponsor and project manager, along with other customer leaders as desired. The goals of this call are to introduce key players, determine the initial focus (if not already known) and project scope, gain a high-level understanding of the customer’s current process and maturity, lay out the schedule and format (onsite or remote) for subsequent activities, and determine the customer personnel who will participate. This call also serves as a forum for explaining the implementation process and answering any questions about the product or the process.

Initial Planning Call. The implementation begins with a conference call that includes the customer and the Nuventive consultant(s). Customer participants should include the project manager, along with other customer leaders or shareholders as desired. The goals of this call are to introduce key players, discuss the project scope, gain an understanding of the customer’s Nuventive Improvement Platform Premier Edition and Power BI usage lay out the schedule for subsequent activities and determine the customer personnel who will participate. Nuventive will provide an overview of the reporting features, explain the implementation process, and address the customer’s product or process questions. Participants will also identify any technical issues that must be resolved prior to commencing implementation efforts.

Related to Initial Planning Call

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Planning Period  Middle and High School teachers shall have one normal instructional period each day as preparation time or a cumulative plan time each week that would be equal to 160 minutes per four

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Elementary Planning Time [a] All elementary schools will allow for teacher planning and collaboration time one (1) day each week, as approved by the Board, by shortening that day and proportionately lengthening the remaining days in the week. In the event that the early-out day falls on a holiday, no early-out planning time will be provided for that week. [b] The planning time is to be used for individual or group planning activities. Exceptions such as faculty meetings, training or other routine school activities shall be agreed upon by the JSSC. [c] The total time for students to be in the class shall meet the state requirements and the total teacher time shall meet contract obligations.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Vacation Planning The following general rules shall be observed in implementing the vacation planning program:

  • Basic Work Year The regular work year shall be prescribed by the School District each year for regular employees.
