Cloud Platform definition

Cloud Platform means IFS’s application cloud platform, as provided by the Cloud Platform Vendor, for the delivery of the IFS Cloud Services, including any Environment, as described in the applicable Notification Form.
Cloud Platform means the provision of the Microsoft Azure environment by PA, used to operate a deployment of Products, which may be accessed by the Client during Planned Service Hours.
Cloud Platform means all hardware and software used by the Supplier to provide the Cloud Services;

Cloud Platform means the systems and data relating to the delivery of video on demand and live video content provided by Qumu. These systems include and are limited to the server and database infrastructure, the media asset store, the application software code, associated components, any relevant configuration options of the Qumu Cloud Platform.
