Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

Hosted Services means computer software program(s), content and related services provided by us on a software-as-a-service basis through computers we or our Affiliates or our respective contractors (including cloud infrastructure suppliers) control.

Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence

• Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

• For any breach of this warranty set forth in this Section 8.2.VIQ will repair or replace any reported nonconformity in the Hosted Services at no cost to Company.

• Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("Scheduled Downtime").

• Service Provider takes full responsibility for the entirety of the Hosted Services infrastructure within its perimeter of control, except any Customer component (e.g. VPN tunnel, customer internet connectivity, customer router etc.).

• GSI warrants that the Hosted Services will meet the following service level standards: Data Center Infrastructure - Data Center HVAC and power will be functioning 99% of the time in any given monthly period, excluding Scheduled Environment Maintenance.

Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this ▇▇▇▇, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.
