Hosted Services definition

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

Hosted Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence

• Licensee shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Licensee Data, including the uploading or other provision of Licensee Data for Processing by Hosted Services.

• NCIT will use commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of Hosted Services between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time; and (b) give Licensee at least 24 hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of Hosted Services (“Scheduled Downtime”).

• In the event that there exists any conflict between a definition set forth in this Exhibit and in any definition contained within Section 1 of the Hosted Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), the definition set forth in this Exhibit shall control.

• The data circuits must be of capacity sufficient to accommodate all Hosted Services and meet any defined Service Levels.

• For purposes of reference, Section 7 contains further terms and conditions regarding Customer’s use of the Hosted Services System.

More Definitions of Hosted Services

Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the Software and other services for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users as described in one or more written, sequentially numbered, statements of work referencing this Contract, including all Specifications set forth in such statements of work, which, upon their execution will be attached as Schedule A to this Contract and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Contract.

Hosted Services means [name of hosted services][, as specified [in the Hosted Services Specification],] which will be made available by the Provider to the Customer as a service via the internet in accordance with this Agreement;

Hosted Services means the hosted services made available by OCLC which Institution may access pursuant to this Agreement. The Hosted Services are described in detail in the applicable Product Descriptions but do not include services (including API’s and the like) provided by third parties.

Hosted Services means ‘Hosted Services’ as described in the Order Form.

Hosted Services means the Lineup Ninja application, as specified in the Hosted Services Specification, which will be made available by the Provider to the Customer as a service via the internet in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

Hosted Services means online identity and document verification services, business and company register checks, and/or background checks as specified in the Hosted Services Specification, which will be made available by the Provider to the Client as a service via the internet in accordance with the Agreement;
